Retail Store Renovation of a flagship ceramic art-making and shopping center and  in the heart of Portland. The transformation includes a learning and making facility, with an outdoor lounge and work space for hosting guest artist workshops, pop up makers markets, and other creative outdoor events. The buildout of the indoor/outdoor multi-room space includes a clay workroom, an artist residency studio, a gallery, and a content creation space to provide access to equipment, workspace and learning opportunities for Portland’s ever-growing creative community. 

The Belmont Clay House provides accessible space and education to the creative community, supporting artists and makers as the cost of living and making in Portland continues to rise.
